Shipping
Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday (AEST) and are shipped within 24 hours from time of completed order - excluding weekends & public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking information is sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

We use Australia Post and Aramex for shipping and dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival. These taxes/duties must be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Sea Salt and Bae. No refunds will be issued for orders where the purchaser's taxes/duties remain unpaid.

Returns Policy
We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience for you.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item/s. You can contact us by sending an email to seasaltandbae@gmail.com
- Once you receive our confirmation, please return the item/s within 10 days.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item/s are in its original condition, unworn / unused, with all tags attached, free of any damages, and in its original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If you are shipping an item over $70, we recommend tracking your item & or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return, keep the proof of postage until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
- We'll send you an email to confirm once the refund has been processed.
- The balance of your return will be issued as store credit. Please note we do not refund for change of mind.
- If you received free shipping and choose to return items for a second time or more a handling and postage cost of $10 will be deducted from your credit note.
- Maximum three returns can be accepted per original purchase.

FAULTY
We apologize for any inconvenience. If the item you received is faulty, please email our dedicated customer service team at seasaltandbae@gmail.com with a photo of the fault.
- In this event, you are entitled to receive either a replacement style with complimentary shipping, provided stock is available, a store credit or a full refund.
- We require the piece to be returned in original packaging in order to issue a replacement or refund.
- You must email seasaltandbae@gmail.com to obtain the Return Form prior to sending the garment back. The form must be included in the package back to us.
- These terms do not cover general wear and tear.
